Benefits
Iron Erase uses a natural, non-GMO ascorbic acid and plant-based formulation to remove iron stains on pool and hot tub surfaces without adding harmful chemicals to the water.

Directions for Use
It’s important to confirm that the stain is from iron before proceeding. This product will not work well on copper or organic stains. Try the product on a small stained area to start and make sure the stain lightens before applying it to a broad area.
If you think the stain might be from copper, test the water for copper. If the copper level is high, try Copper Control.
Iron Stain Removal
Iron stains can appear on the sides or bottom of the pool as brown or black patches.
- Rub a small amount of the product on the stain and make sure it lightens
- Let chlorine level drop to 0 ppm and adjust pH to 7.2 for best results
- Sprinkle product on the water over the stained area until the stain is completely covered
- Wait for the product to dissolve and disappear
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the stain is reduced sufficiently or removed
- Use a metal remover to remove excess dissolved iron from the
water and prevent re-staining.
To remove brown or black stains from pool sides or other surfaces
- Wet a sponge with water
- Sprinkle Iron Erase on the sponge liberally
- Rub the sponge with the Iron Erase lightly on the stained area
- Repeat until the stain is removed
